Troublemaker Tuesday - Double Trouble!!

There’s double the trouble happening at Beautiful Trouble Publishing this week. Not one, but two steamy reads that will leave you breathless and wanting more.
First up, Janet Eckford’s latest release, Time For You and Time For Me. The story of Leland Jacobs and Morgaine Emrys, two individuals traveling on different paths until those paths intersect. Will they continue hand-in-hand…or will they decide that their journeys are best taken alone? Oh, did I mention they’re werewolves?

Next up, Nocturne by R.W. Shannon. Nocturne follows Nella Jackson’s rise from a sheltered Harlem girl to Master Vampire of her father’s New York-New Jersey territory. Along the way, she must deal with adversaries including a powerful member of the Vampire Council who tries to kidnap her, and even her own mother, who is hell-bent on preventing Nella from becoming a vampire. Helping her navigate this sea of turmoil is her father’s protégé Lazarus Cole.
These two hot reads beg the question...Team Vampire or Team Werewolf--which are you?

Man-Candy Mondays - Athletes!!!

It was a crazy weekend, what with Easter and the NBA Playoffs, so I didn’t really have a lot of time to do an in-depth post for today. What I did do was line up special guests for every Monday in May! Super excited about each of them and know that you’ll love them as much as I do.
I won’t leave you hanging today though. Watching the NBA playoffs inspired me to hunt for pictures of my favorite athletes. This should hold you until next week. Enjoy!

Basketball - Shannon Brown

Soccer/Futbol - David Beckham

Boxing - David Haye

Baseball - Javy Lopez

Hockey - Sean Avery

Swimming - Thomas Rupprath

Tennis - Fernando Verdasco

Bet you can't guess what team I'm going for in the playoffs. Okay, maybe you can. Who's your favorite athlete?

Man-Candy Monday - Vin Diesel

The fifth installment in The Fast and The Furious franchise, Fast Five, hits theatres on April 29th. This film reunites actors Paul Walker and Vin Diesel who both starred in the very first installment a decade ago and also reunited in 2009 for Fast & Furious. Vin himself released one of the first teaser trailers on his Facebook page back in December. In addition to reprising his role as Dominic Toretto in Fast Five the hunky actor is rumored to be reappearing later this year as another of his famous on-screen alter egos Xander Cage in a XXX sequel.
Vin has been a personal favorite of mine for many years when it comes to man-candy inspirations. He’s got that multicultural flavor that leaves many wondering about his ethnicity mixed with a New York swagger that is undeniable in its appeal. I’m looking forward to seeing if the chemistry is still there between him and Paul Walker and also to seeing him go toe to toe with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Whew! I’m already feeling the effects of man-candy overload from the trailers alone.
Which installment of The Fast and The Furious is your favorite so far and do you plan on seeing the latest?

Author Elizabeth Black Helping Japan's Relief Effort

Like most of us, Elizabeth Black was shocked at the destruction caused by the Sendai earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan in March of 2011. Along with her publisher Romance Divine, LLC she devised a plan of action to assist with relief efforts. Through June 15, 2011 all sales of her short erotic story Fountain of Youth will be donated to the Red Cross foundation to assist the Japanese in their recovery.

Fountain of Youth is particularly appropriate as it is a m/m erotic short story based on a Japanese folk tale. In Ms. Black's Americanized version, as in the Japanese original, a lesson is learned: be careful what you wish for. What if you could have a do-over; a second chance at love and romance with the object of your heart’s desire? What would you wish for? Careful, sometimes wishes do come true, but they might not always be exactly what you expect.

Find more about this story on Ms. Black's web site: http://elizabethablack.blogspot.com/p/japan-relief.html.

Troublemaker Tuesdays - @ Last by Billy London

Billy London's novel @Last is currently featured on Beautiful Trouble Publishing's website. She says the inspiration for @Last came from personal experience - "you know when you first started thinking 'hey emails aren't just for spreadsheets and meetings. You can flirt! With people all over the world! And they could be hotter than Mercury!' So @Last was born from a cheeky and rather sweet email I was sent."

The initial response has been so good that Billy is already considering a spin-off for two of the minor characters who seem to have made quite an impression on readers. Check out the story description below or go to the books online page here.
Courtney and Ryan  Courtney Phillips has always been the standby girl for Christopher Wilkinson, who thinks he's God's gift to women. He isn't. He's a tosser. Just think of one of those guys who sows his wild oats all over the damn shop, then comes home and marries a “good girl.” Courtney's supposed to be the “good girl.”

Imagining Chris has gone to South Africa to teach English to underprivileged kids to do something good for the world, Courtney is shocked to get an email from one of the teachers, Ryan Klark, who is sharing living quarters with Chris. They start a relationship via email which grows into something unexpected and romantic, then rather dirty. The story follows their emails, telephone conversations, their first meeting and how they fall in love. But things get complicated when Chris gets back, and the few details Ryan kept out of conversations are revealed—and threaten to ruin everything.

For a double treat, pick up Billy's first release Windows also from Beautiful Trouble Publishing. Now I have a question. No, scratch that. Let's play Truth or Dare instead. Have you ever had an online fling? If not, I dare you to try a little online flirting (or suggestive text messages).

Man-Candy Mondays: Paul Walker

With his sandy blonde hair and intense blue eyes actor Paul Walker can go from beach boy cute to ruggedly sexy with just a haircut. My first taste of his sex appeal was in the 2001 blockbuster Fast and Furious in which he played an undercover cop who infiltrates a group of illegal street racers. In 2010's Takers he played a suave bank robber who gets pulled into one last job by a former friend. Up next is a new installment in the Fast and Furious franchise that reteams Paul with Vin Diesel.

Troublemaker Tuesdays - A Special Occasion by Thirteen

Beautiful Trouble Publishing has released a new story entitled A Special Occasion from award winning author Thirteen. A Special Occasion is a contemporary m/f/m ménage that deals with a married couple who decide to invite a third person into their bedroom. Check out the description below or go to the books page on the Beautiful Trouble website to read a very steamy excerpt.

Regina Marshall had it all, a devoted and passionate husband, a luxurious home, a life that was the envy of her friends. Yet there was one small part of her that remained unsatisfied, a modest sexual fantasy she'd dreamed of having fulfilled. When she shyly revealed this to her husband, he decided she had to have it.

Clayton Marshall was fiercely in love with his wife and determined to give her anything she might desire. Fortunately, her secret sexual fantasy dovetailed with his own carnal desires. Trouble was, he wasn’t sure whose wish he was fulfilling when he hired another man to give Regina a night of pleasure while he watched. One thing was certain, the young man who entered their lives that evening was going to change everything. And, as they were soon to learn, be changed by them in turn.*

Thirteen is the author of over twenty stories and has won four awards since beginning her professional writing career just five short years ago. She is definitely a troublemaker to watch and will be releasing several more titles in the coming months.

Man-Candy Mondays - Nigel Barker

He's the sexy photographer from America's Next Top Model who made millions of women, yours truly included, long to stand before his zoom lens. But Nigel Barker is definitely more than just a pretty face (although the face is truly divine). He's a devoted husband (lucky lady) and father as well as a published author.

With over twenty years in the business Mr. Barker has set himself apart by having a discerning eye and an easy manner. He has after all been there and done that. His career began when he was still just a teen and his mother, a former Ms. Sri Lanka, entered him in a modeling competition. Spending ten years as a model surely helped to hone his talent for connecting with his subjects just as traveling to exotic locales and fashion meccas helped him to appreciate the beauty to be found all around if one would but look.
